I use a Leica Rangefinder camera. As a Quad I have had to adapt my cameras
so I can use them. I have two cameras,

one set up for Horizontal shots

( photo, 2 and 3 )

and one for Vertical shots.

( photo 4 and 5 )

The Cable release is taped to the bottom of the flash bracket on the camera set up for horizontal shots.

( photo 2 and 3 )

The Cable release is attached to the film advance lever with a little piece of rubber hose on the camera set up for vertical shots.

( photo 4 and 5 )

I hold the camera with a flash bracket.
The plastic grip was removed and replaced with a handle that was designed to fit on a telephone.

( photo 6 and 7 )

The shutter is released by biting on a Cable release.

( photo 1,8 and 9 )

This set up requires no modification to the camera.

A flash bracket can be attached to any camera.

The cable release is screwed in to the shutter release
button. Some new cameras do not have this feature.
