The Cable release is taped to the bottom of the flash bracket on the camera set up for horizontal shots.

The Cable release is attached to the film advance lever with a little piece of rubber hose on the camera set up for vertical shots.

I hold the camera with a flash bracket.
The plastic grip was removed and replaced with a handle that was designed
to fit on a telephone.

The shutter is released by biting on a Cable release.

This set up requires no modification to the camera.
A flash bracket can be attached to any camera.
The cable release is screwed in to the shutter release
button. Some new cameras do not have this feature.
